New features added to your software for this year

For tax year 2008, Intuit introduced ProSeries Live Community, an integrated online Q&A site that helps accountants get advice from their peers across the country as they prepare their clients’ returns. Live Community addresses their need to get answers quickly, and relies on the fact that accounting professionals trust their peers to provide answers. If the accountant’s question has already been answered on the Live Community, an automated online search links directly to the posted responses.

We have added the ProSeries New User On-boarding Program:

  • Personal On-boarding Specialist helps walk new customers through the ProSeries tax preparation process and monitors season-readiness progress.
  • Step-by-step assistance for converting prior-year data into ProSeries Tax
