Many employees expect revamped retirement plans by the end of 2007. A survey of 146 companies found that by the end of the year businesses are likely to offer:
Automatic registration of employees into 401(k) plans (58%). Third-party investment advisory services (43%). Contribution escalation options (34%). Introduction of a Roth 401(k) (11%).
