Members of the AICPA Health Care Expert Panel will hold a live webinar June 7 at 11 a.m. EDT on the first comprehensive revision of the Health Care Entities Guide since 1996.
Although the scope remains unchanged, the guide has been organized into 15 chapters, and the content has been reorganized to increase accessibility. In addition, the guide includes expanded disclosures and commentary, and a topical index.
Register today for “An Up Close Look at the Health Care Guide Including Emerging GAAP Issues,” and find out what has changed.
The webinar will discuss several emerging issues, including new standards on malpractice liability gross-ups, reclassification and disclosure of health care entities’ bad debts, accounting for costs of ICD-10 system conversions, accounting for the CMS’s Electronic Health Record incentive payments, and the impact of the proposed ASU, Technical Corrections, on continuing care retirement communities.
The webinar is open for a fee to AICPA members and others and has a recommended CPE credit of 1.5.
