Twitter created a comprehensive “Twitter for Business” site, located at business.twitter.com.
Firms or businesses not familiar with Twitter’s functionality and features can use the “Learn the Basics” articles, which include a Twitter Glossary and list of best practices, plus tips and tools for using Twitter on a mobile device.
Those who are active Twitter users or are familiar with its features and functionality will find the “Optimize Your Activity” section helpful. It includes case studies on customer service, building community and engaging customers, as well as information on widgets and API integration.
There is also a new “Twitter for Business” feed, which posts helpful tips and news for businesses, community groups, organizations and schools. To follow @TwitterBusiness, sign in to your Twitter account and visit twitter.com/twitterbusiness, then click “Follow.”
