IRS Postpones Health Care Coverage Cost Reporting for One Year
The IRS announced that employers will not be required to report the costs of employer-sponsored health care coverage on employees’ Forms W-2 until tax year 2012. The reporting was mandated by this year’s health care reform legislation, but the IRS determined that employers need more time to comply.

Share Your Favorite Content
Many websites now include a sharing button or widget with their articles or videos, making it easy to send items of interest to friends or colleagues. Look for icons that say “Share,” “ShareThis” or “AddThis,” a series of sharing icons that could include an e-mail icon or the Facebook and Twitter logos, or a combination of both.
On journalofaccountancy.com, for example, you can share articles using the buttons located above every headline:
The most popular methods of sharing on the JofA website are by e-mail, Facebook and Twitter. These are the default choices. To browse the other sharing options, roll over the green “ShareThis” icon on the right and click “View All.”
There’s a variety of options, which vary by website, but to share on social media and networking sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn, you will need to log in to your account. If you’re not already signed in, you will be prompted to a login screen, then automatically brought back to the page to share your content.
