The AICPA will present a live, interactive partnership tax update Friday, Dec. 12, that covers recent changes CPAs will need to be aware of to stay on top of partnership and LLC client needs. The program, scheduled for 1 to 3 p.m. ET, will focus on recent regulatory, judicial and legislative changes including:
- New substantiality regulations relating to section 704(b);
- New section 704(c) allocation regulations;
- Guidance on Trader Partnerships;
- Family Limited Partnership issues;
- Tax Shelters and Economic Substance issues;
- Update on the Hubert Case;
- New Filing issues
