Young CPAs attend annual AICPA Leadership Academy

Thirty-six young CPAs attended the 2019 AICPA Leadership Academy, a four-day program created to inspire, nurture, and empower the next generation of leaders.

During the event in Durham, N.C., interactive workshops gave participants access to advanced leadership training, networking activities, and presentations from some of the profession’s top thought leaders, including Bill Reeb, AICPA chair; Barry Melancon, president and CEO of the AICPA and CEO of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants; and Mark Koziel, executive vice president—Firm Services for the Association.
