Forty-one young CPAs attended the 2018 AICPA Leadership Academy, a four-day program designed to strengthen and expand the leadership skills of promising professionals and allow them to network with a peer group of talented and motivated CPAs.
The interactive workshop features advanced leadership training, networking activities, and presentations from some of the profession’s top thought leaders. This year’s class interacted with influential leaders such as Eric Hansen, AICPA chair and Association of International Certified Professional Accountants chair; Barry Melancon, AICPA and Association president and CEO; and Mark Koziel, Association executive vice president—Firm Services.
