Members recognized for service in forensic and valuation services areas

The AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services Section annually honors its members who have made a positive impact on these areas.
Michael Fahlman, CPA/CFF, managing director with Berkeley Research Group in Phoenix, received the Forensic & Litigation Services Volunteer of the Year award, and Nathan DiNatale, CPA/ABV, principal with SC&H Capital in Sparks, Md., received the Business Valuation Volunteer of the Year award.
Fahlman is a member of the AICPA Forensic and Litigation Services (FLS) Committee and is the chair of the FLS Damages Task Force. He is a regular contributor and reviewer of content for both the AICPA and the American Bar Association as well as a conference and webcast speaker.
DiNatale, who just finished his third year of service on the AICPA Business Valuation Committee, has helped develop quick reference guides, assisted on the coordination and presentation of webcasts, and authored several articles for AICPA publications. He has also served as a member of the FVS Conference Steering Committee and is a frequent speaker and author on valuation topics.
