Sandra K. Johnigan received the 2004 Forensic & Litigation Services Volunteer of the Year Award from Thomas F. Burrage Jr., chairperson of the AICPA Forensic & Litigation Services Committee and James Feldman, AICPA manager of business valuation and litigation services, at the AICPA Conferences on Fraud and Litigation Services in Phoenix.
The award acknowledges the contributions of Institute committee, subcommittee and task force members who have advanced the forensic accounting or litigation services practice areas for CPAs.
Johnigan is a member of the AICPA council and the Business Valuation and Forensic & Litigation Services Executive Committee as well as past chairperson of the Institute’s Forensic & Litigation Services Committee, Savings and Loan Committee and the AICPA National Conference on Advanced Litigation Services. A former audit partner of Arthur Young and Co., she heads Johnigan PC, a Dallas firm that provides litigation consulting and forensic investigation services.
