Email A Range Of Spreadsheets Cells
Q. How do I send an e-mail that includes a range of spreadsheet data—but not the entire spreadsheet?
A. You can do that without leaving Excel. Begin by highlighting the range you want to transmit. Then click on File and Send To , which generates this screen.
Click on Mail Recipient , which brings up your e-mail function. Fill out the address of the recipient and then click on Send this Selection (see screenshot below), sending the file on its way.
