Q. I use two Outlook calendars—one for work and one for personal use. Is there some way to combine them?
A. There is, and it’s surprisingly simple. Open the one you want to contain all your entries from the work and personal calendar. Click on View, Current View, Events . This evokes a list of all the appointments in both calendars.
Push Ctrl+A to select all the Events and Ctrl+C to copy them. Then go to the calendar you want all the events included on and push Ctrl+V to paste them into that calendar. That’s all there is to it.
