The AICPA and the 54 state societies are setting up an emergency financial resource—the CPAs in Support of America Fund, Inc.—to help CPAs, firms and others cope with the aftermath of the World Trade Center and Pentagon catastrophes. For information on this effort or on the AICPA Benevolent Fund, which helps members and their families in time of death- or illness-related financial difficulty, contact Dale Atherton at 201-938-3253 or visit the AICPA Web site ( www.aicpa.org ).
