Heather L. Hollingsworth Tryon won the Elijah Watt Sells gold medal award for making the highest grade on all four sections of the May 1999 Uniform CPA Examination. Tryon, who graduated magna cum laude from Indiana State University with a degree in accounting, currently works as a staff accountant with Clifton Gunderson LLC in her hometown of Danville, Illinois.
Peter A. Prescott of Sugar Land, Texas, earned the silver medal for the second highest grade on the May exam. He is a tax specialist in the Houston office of KPMG LLP.
