Age Still a Factor in Job Market
Over 40 and looking for a new gig? You may be in for a long wait. A recent poll of more than 400 executives found that those who were older took significantly longer to find a job than their younger counterparts. In addition, older executives had fewer interviews during their job search than younger ones.

Contrary to the adage its easier to find a job when you have one, the survey showed older, unemployed executives found jobs more quickly than those who were working. |
