The Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) sponsors this site. Although it is mostly for ECFC members, there are many sections of the site free to the public, among which are an online copy of CapitoLetter , the ECFCs quarterly newsletter; press releases pertaining to benefits issues; a survey of flexible benefits; and links to government sites.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics site is devoted to its employee benefits surveysfor medium and large private industries, small private industries and state and local governments. These surveys cover most aspects of employee benefits from defined benefit pension plans to the average number of employee vacation days. The Employee Benefit News site has an online publication by the same name and offers paid services as well as many free ones, such as management tips, a section to get feedback and advice on various benefits topics, a glossary of terms and a conference calendar. More News to Benefit Employers
The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) Web site includes information on conferences, certification and training and its own online bookstore, but the real value in this site comes from its long and detailed list of links. Site topics linked to www.ifebp.org include benefits and human resources, health, labor, legal issues, legislation and government agencies.
