Framson Named Top PFP Contributor


Joel H. Framson, CPA/PFS, received the 2002 AICPA Distinguished Service Award at the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) Technical Conference in Phoenix. Framson, a partner of Glowacki Framson Financial Advisors in Los Angeles, is chairman of the AICPA center for investment advisory services resource panel and a former member of the PFP executive committee (1997–2000). Worth magazine included him in its 2002 ranking of the nation’s top 250 financial advisers. Robert K. Doyle, PFP executive committee chairman, presented the award as Anat Kendal, AICPA director of financial planning, and Randy A. Ryan, PFP manager, looked on.
