The Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) sponsors this site. Although it is mostly for ECFC members, there are many sections of the site free to the public, among which are an online copy of CapitoLetter , the ECFCs quarterly newsletter; press releases pertaining to benefits issues; a survey of flexible benefits; and links to government sites.
The Bureau of Labor Statistics site is devoted to its employee benefits surveysfor medium and large private industries, small private industries and state and local governments. These surveys cover most aspects of employee benefits from defined benefit pension plans to the average number of employee vacation days. The National Employee Benefits site offers detailed information for employers sponsoring employee benefit plans and participating employees. The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) Web site includes information on conferences, certification and training and its own online bookstore, but the real value in this site comes from its long and detailed list of links.
