AICPA Teams Up With AAA for Two Awards


The AICPA, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the United Kingdom and the Society of Management Accountants (CMA Canada) are co-sponsoring two new awards for research in management accounting for the American Accounting Association’s Management Accounting Section.

The first award of $2,000 honors an early-career researcher with the best overall body of research in management accounting. The submission deadline is March 31.

The second award, also $2,000, recognizes the author of a single article with the greatest potential impact on practice. The submission deadline is Aug. 31.
